Dave Paskert founded CHASE Property Management, Inc. in 2003. The Company was built upon the core values of providing the finest in property services; relating to our tenants as we would like to be treated; and continually striving to meet and exceed the objectives of our clients. CHASE PM is a leader among Peoria and central Illinois property management companies.
Prior to 2003, Dave was the President of the Property Management Division for Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty for five years and President of Cullinan Asset Management, Ltd. for seven years. Both positions required the overseeing of the day-to-day company operations related to property management. In 1998 The Prudential Cullinan Properties, Ltd. received the Number One Commercial Office Award for Commercial Leasing and Sales under Dave’s management.
Dave also set up and supervised the management and administration for the day-to-day management of a village developed in the Chicago suburbs encompassing over 700 acres.
Prior to his relocation to the Midwest, Dave was associated with Skyline Financial Services, Inc., an asset management company headquartered in Washington, D.C. as the Vice President for the Dallas, Texas region. Dave oversaw $228 million in investor-owned assets across eleven states specifically in property management, marketing, sales and disposition of assets, collections, client reporting and maintenance, in addition to being directly responsible for the successful operation of one of the company’s four regional offices.
In 1985, Dave was recruited by the Federal National Mortgage Association to develop and implement a rehabilitation and auction program that would be instrumental in the marketing of their assets. Dave’s program resulted in major cost savings and is still in place today.
In addition to his property and sales management experience, Dave was a Project Manager involved in the construction of a number of communities in Dallas, Texas.
He is a 1979 graduate of Bowling Green State University with a B.A. in Psychology.
